带线带标袋泡茶内外袋包装机及内外袋袋泡茶包装机内袋试机检查及调整。

1、穿好内袋包装膜，并送进内袋成型器。（见内袋示意图）

2、穿好棉线。请用随机配置的镊子将棉线按图示方法依次穿好——棉线先从导圈1穿出、再从导圈2穿出，然后从顶锥的小孔穿过，再从顶锥套内穿出，由下往上从线管固定板的小孔穿出，最后从上往下从线管内孔穿过；把线拉出线管，留出20㎜线头，以方便挂线。

3、穿好标签。按下图顺序穿好标签。

4、点按触摸屏的‘启动’位置，启动主机，进行空袋制做；检查其封合状况：是否平整、是否牢固、中间刀有否切断。
5、送线离合手柄往左压，合上离合器；检查内袋挂线情况是否在纵封中间，挂线是否牢固；并检查标签与线是否粘合牢固。
6、合上下料离合器，检查下料时间是否正确，下料重量是否准确。
