内外袋袋泡茶包装机及带线带标内外袋袋泡茶包装机开机前准备工作与注意事项。

1、用随机配备的电源线把机台与外线电源连接起来（外线电源电压 220V， 功率容量 5000VA）。

2、打开总电源开关，并合上漏电断路器（见下图）。

3、根据包装材料设定温控表的加热温度。建议一般设定在 85—120 度范围。

4、检查下料离合手柄、送线离合手柄是否处于断开位置；（见图 3-1） ：下料离合手柄、送线离合手柄必须处于断 开位置。 

5、检查送线线管是否处于内袋成型器与剪线刀的中间；

6、把外袋离合器手柄脱开（见图 3-2）。
